Distribution and shipment:

The shape of the handicraft is irregular, and it is recommended to use wooden frames for mixed batch orders (the cost of wooden frames will be calculated separately, please contact customer service). For mixed batch orders, packaging takes a long time, and sometimes there may be a shortage of manpower. Therefore, we do not promise to ship within one or two days. Normally, it will be shipped within 10 days. We hope for your understanding. For large orders, please contact customer service to confirm the delivery time.

Regarding damage:

The product is packaged in both inner and outer boxes, resulting in an extremely low damage rate. For mixed batch orders, we choose to use wooden frames. Any damages that may occur during transportation will be borne by our factory, and a replacement or discount will be provided for the next order. For those who do not use wooden frames, both parties will bear half of the amount of damaged goods. Please accept and place an order. Customers are kindly requested to unpack and inspect the goods as soon as they arrive. They can contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide pictures of the damaged items. If the damage is not explained within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and if there is further damage afterwards, Anger will not be responsible for compensation.
